1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
Newsletter: the email address you choose to submit. Technical: standard server logs (IP address, browser type) created when you visit, used for security and troubleshooting. Analytics: usage data about your visit, only if you accept analytics cookies (see section 6). We do not collect anything else, and this site has no accounts.
3. Why we use it (and our legal basis)
To send you our newsletter (your consent); to keep the site secure and working (our legitimate interests); and to understand how the site is used (your consent, for analytics). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Resend, our email delivery provider, to send the newsletter. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, only if you accept analytics cookies. Our hosting providers, to run the site. We do not share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.
5. Transfers outside Thailand
Some of these providers process data outside Thailand, for example in the United States. When that happens we rely on the provider's own safeguards for international transfers, as allowed under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
6. Cookies and analytics
By default this site uses only strictly necessary browser storage, such as remembering your cookie choice. If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics to measure visits and Microsoft Clarity to provide masked session recordings and heatmaps. They may set analytics cookies such as _ga, _ga_*, _clck and _clsk. You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer; turning analytics off deletes those cookies.
7. How long we keep it
Your newsletter email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Server logs only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
9. Your rights
Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. Under Thailand's PDPA you can also ask to access or get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time (for analytics, via "Cookie Settings"). Email [email protected] to use these rights. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
